The individually designed suction cup water bowl stores an extra 150ml of water, and the dispenser lid stores a further 150ml of water. The cat water fountain is equipped with a cutting-edge four-layer filtration system, meticulously removing impurities, eradicating odors, softening water, and enhancing taste. This proactive approach significantly reduces your cat's susceptibility to gastrointestinal kidney disease and urinary tract problems. For optimal results, we recommend replacing the activated carbon filter every 2-4 weeks.
We offer a 1-year protect for the pump. If you experience any issues, please don't hesitate to contact us for a replacement. Please make sure to change the filter at least every 4 weeks, or every 2 weeks if you have multiple pets. The Hicuper Cat Water Fountain's pump comes with an anti-dry burn feature. It will switch from a blue light to a red light and shut off when the water level is too low. This feature safeguards the pump's longevity and ensures circuit safety. The length of the power cable is 180 cm.
