Maintaining the Pump for Longer Lifespan For a longer pump service life, we advise cleaning the pump at least once a week. If the water fountain becomes noisier, please check if the water level has reached the minimum and if the impeller is covered by scale buildup.

Troubleshooting Low or No Water Dispensing 1. Verify that the water level has reached the minimum and refill it to the maximum level. 2. Ensure the Spout and Filter Tray are properly installed. 3. Wash and clean any tough scaling on the water pump and impeller.
