What is the minimum amount of food that can be dispensed? The minimum unit dispensed per meal is 1/24 cup (10ml), weighing approximately 5g. Up to 16/24 cups (160ml) dispensed per meal, weighing approximately 80g. The actual amount may vary depending on the size, type, and density of the food particles.

Why is the battery life of my feeder relatively short? Maximize battery life by keeping feeder and router within 10m without walls in between, using recommended food sizes, and setting separate passwords for 2.4GHz/5GHz networks to avoid connection issues.

What should I do if there are ants around the food? We suggest sprinkling pepper powder around the feeder to mitigate the possibility of ants, a solution that won't harm your pets.
