The water fountain is constructed using SUS 304 Stainless Steel and ABS materials, ensuring durability and safety for your pet. The adapter has an input voltage range of 100V~240V 50/60HZ and an output of 5V/1A, making it compatible with a variety of power sources. The product dimensions are 9.176.3 inches / 232161177 mm, and the net weight is approximately 2.55 pounds / 1.16 Kg.

For optimal use and to maintain your pet's health, as well as to prolong the pump's service life, it is recommended to change the water and thoroughly clean the water tank, tray, foam filter, and pump at least once a week. This water fountain is not suitable for dishwasher cleaning.

If you have multiple pets, it is advised to clean the water fountain and change the filter more frequently. If your pet initially refuses to use the water fountain, it is recommended to keep their previous water source next to the fountain for a while, as they may need time to become accustomed to the new setup. Once your pet gets used to drinking from the fountain, you can then remove the previous water source.

The water fountain may make more noise than expected if the water level is below the minimum recommended level or if the impeller is covered in scale. In such cases, it is advised to clean the impeller once a week. To remove scale buildup, the pump cover can be removed, and the components can be soaked in a 1:1 ratio of white vinegar and an aqueous solution or food-grade citric acid for 30 minutes.

This water fountain is not recommended for kittens under 3 months old or large dogs, as it is best suited for cats and small dogs. It's important to note that naughty pets may tip the fountain over.

If the water fountain is dispensing a low amount of water or no water at all, you can reset it by checking if the Spout and the Filter Tray are installed properly, ensuring the water is refilled to the maximum level, and washing and cleaning the Water Pump. If washing doesn't resolve the issue, you may need to clean the tough scaling on the water pump and the impeller.
