Maintaining the MAILOFY Dog Fountain is a breeze. All parts can be easily disassembled and cleaned in just a few minutes, and we recommend cleaning the pump weekly or bi-weekly to ensure the continued safety and purity of your pets' drinking water.

Before using the fountain for the first time, be sure to soak the filter in clean water for 5 minutes and rinse it thoroughly for 30 seconds. Additionally, always fill the water tank below the maximum line, and keep in mind that the LED light will turn red when it's time to refill the water.

If you find the LED light to be too bright, you can adjust the lighting direction by rotating the pump to face behind or in a direction where the light appears less intense.

For the longevity of your MAILOFY Dog Fountain's pump, we recommend cleaning it at least once a week. If the pump starts making more noise, check if the impeller is covered in scale, and if the pump fails, you can obtain a replacement free of charge within 3 months of purchase.
